Refundable Security Deposit
There is a REFUNDABLE security deposit that is charged at check out. The security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after the reservation (please keep in mind standard bank refund processing may still apply, typically 5-7 business days). The security deposit will be returned as long as there is no permanent damage or stains. Any permanent damage/stains, mud, silly string, face paint, food and/or drinks will result in an automatic forfeit of the security deposit.
