frequently asked questions

How often do you clean your inflatables?

All of our inflatable rentals are cleaned and sanitized after each use.

How Long Are Your Rentals?

We have daily rentals and full weekend rentals. For a full weekend rental we drop off Friday and pick it up Monday so you have it to enjoy over the entire weekend!

We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

What about parks?

We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. You have to get permission from the park owner to set up an inflatable at their specified park and provide Creekwater Inflatables a written letter stating we have permission to do so.

Park rentals are daily rentals only and only upon approved permission to set up.

Renter must also carry an event liability insurance for that day- which we can provide for an additional fee. They must also pay a damage waiver liability since this is a public area that we must give to the owners of the property.

If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator.

Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.

How Many Kids Can Fit In The Bouncer?

Creekwater inflatable bouncers can accommodate up to six kids at a time. That number may seem small, but keep in mind that the average weight of a child is about 75 pounds.

How big are the jumps?

Most of our jumps (all of our character jumps for example) are 15’x15′ which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can’t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup

Make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.

Are Water Slides Safe For Adult Use?

Yes, water slides are perfectly safe for adults to use. In fact, they can be a great way to get some exercise and have a ton of fun at the same time. As long as you take precautions and follow the safety instructions, you should be able to enjoy a water slide without any problems.

Does the price include set up and delivery?

If your rental location is further than 5 miles from our office, we assess a delivery fee to help cover the costs of gas. Remember we are making 2 round trips and gas can be costly. Please call our office for a current quote.

Prices do not include sales tax.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Any rental booked will require a REFUNDABLE security deposit that is charged at check out. The security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after the reservation (please keep in mind standard bank refund processing may still apply, typically 5-7 business days). The security deposit will be returned as long as there is no permanent damage or stains. Any permanent damage/stains, mud, silly string, face paint, food and/or drinks will result in an automatic forfeit of the security deposit.

What types of payment do you take?
Cash or credit cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
What if we need to cancel?

We do not allow cancellations, however, we do allow you to rebook your party for a time in the future.

Can we see a copy of our contact and safety rules?

Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you’ve ordered or you may contact our office.

Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

We offer a damage waiver liability for a small fee. This helps to insure them from any damages that may occur outside of normal wear and tear. If you choose not to put this on your rental, then your are subject to and accept full entire responsibility of the rented unit and any and all damages that could occur are solely your responsibility to pay for.
